  1. I’m working my way through your list. So far, A Little Too Broken is my fave. I like that you took some serious issues and incorporated them into the story. Apollo’s Curse as educational about epublishing and I intend to use the info from it. Thanks!

  2. Hi, I’m May
Why have you taking down all your books from Smashwords? I bought all your books there and now there is only one series left. What happened? Please tell me something. I have problems with Amazon so I never buy from there.

    • Hi May, I put all my titles in Amazon’s Kindle Select program, except Luke and Slader which is banned on Amazon :). But, if you have a title you want, just let me know which one and I can send you an EPUB or PDF version free to make up for it 🙂 xo Brad

  3. Hi again Vance, thanks for your offer and Yes pleeease, I would love to read the fourth title of Colum’s Viking Captivity – Trial by Combat. I have the other titles of this series so it would be great if I could read the next one. It was that one I was searching for when I saw everything was missing.
    Thanks again for your kindness.
Can you see my email? If you don’t please let me know.
    Un abrazo de España.

  4. Sorry, I forgot, I prefer epub

Love your Nick & Kyle books. And, yeah, Amazon is a force to be reckoned with. Coincidentally I also live in Reno, NV. Small world huh.

    • Indeed it is 🙂 So glad you like them…a sort of secret for you – there’s more Nick and Kyle coming soon, with a “winter” theme 🙂

Brad ~ Quick question regarding Kindle Unlimited borrows. If a title is returned, and then “borrowed” again at a later date, are you compensated for both? Recently finished reading “Sam and Derek” – WOW! Loved it. Want to re-read it a 2nd time, but slowly… Lol. Also, I see above you mention “Luke and Slader” being banned on Amazon – since I’m a *new* fan of your writing, I am now curious as to what I missed. =^..^=

  7. I have read several of your books & have not been disappointed. A Little Too Broken is my favorite so far & the donations from it is wonderful!

  8. Hi, Brad!
I read 2 of your books so far (Sam & Dereks full story + A Little Too Broken) and LOVED both of them. I was so impressed by you- just cannot believe a college student would write like this, with so much raw feeling and intensity… feels like a 50 year old person with a full life behind him with plenty of self-digging and retrospect would write this. Anyway, looking forward to reading more, already purchased several more books on my Kindle.
I just started Rob’s book one and now wandering: would there be more after the second one as well? Should I be waiting for a #3 and #4 or is that it? I’ll be honest with you- I hate the series, in my day they were all together being called part l, part ll and part lll, and you could get it in a nice leather binding… I miss those days.
Thanks so much. Please, keep writing. Best, Serina.

    • Thank you so much! Remember, not all college students are young 😉 I would love to write more of the Rob the demon stories but unfortunately they just don’t sell. at this point I just can’t make time for personal projects I love at the expense of an income, since I just started doing this as my full time job. but trust me when I make the big time Rob and Sol will definitely be back!

  9. Thank you. Just finished the second Deamon book and fill a withdrawl, like a drug addict… want more Sol… want more Sol… like losing a friend, who relocated.
I do understand your position, though, and cannot wait until you do make it big. Well deserved.
Ok, this was my only third book of yours, so I am on to the next one.
Love that each one so far has such variety of style, not just plot and back-drop settings, but a completely different feel, different point to make different thoughts to evoke, but each with such rich detailed research behind it. Almost like by a different author, but done just as well.
Best to you, and keep them coming! S

    • Thank you! I would get bored doing the same thing over and over as a writer, just as I would get bored reading the same thing over and over. Rob and Sol are not dead merely sleeping beneath the ground 🙂

  10. i have been reading the Daemon series and at the end of book 2–a mention is made of “Cleopatra’s Needle” so am looking for this. Did you stop writing this series before Cleopatra or is Cleo floating around somewhere on her barge and i have just missed her?

    • No Cleopatra’s barge is still docked on the Nile bank alas… I really love this series but it doesn’t sell at all so I’ve had to set it aside. One of these days when I’m more financially secure I’ll come back to it for sure. so glad you enjoy it and so sorry I don’t have more yet 🙂

  11. sigh. well, keep ’em coming–I will be waiting for your new work.

  12. OH–how in the world do you “do” college, find time to write, follow and respond to your blog, emails, etc. Do you have a partner or assistant to handle some of these details?

    • Hmm I should update that 🙂 I’m not taking classes anymore, there’s too much going on in this job right now to have time for it. Someday when my finances are A++ again! No, no assistant – I could use one but I’m so controlling, nobody ever does it the right way but me 🙂 so it’s less stressful in the end to do it all myself than to supervise/train/correct someone else.

  13. you could keep them under control …. maybe … with the whip you keep hidden away somewhere.

  14. Just read the first two books of Chronicles of Rob the Daemon and hope you can finish the series sometime soon. I got them through Amazon Unlimited, but am going to buy them. They belong a permanent part of any paranormal/gay romance fan’s digital library.

    • Thank you! I do plan two more episodes to wrap up the series…I want to finish on Berlin’s Museum Island, which I’ll be visiting next June, but, I’ll probably write an episode during “Dark O’Clock” to cheer me up in the wintry depths, and then the conclusion after my trip in June ’16 🙂

  15. Hello, Vance! Where can I get Luke’s brutal abduction (the complete story)?

    • Emailing you 🙂 it’s “out of print” while I search for a day job under my real name lol. Sending you a copy tho!

Hi, Vance! Can I still get Luke’s brutal abduction (the complete story)? I really wanted to read, but I can’t find it :/

  17. Hi, I want to read the Nick and Kyle series but I can’t find them anywhere to buy them 😦

  18. Hi Brad,

Huge fan of your books. Is there any way I can get ahold of/purchase a few of your series? I’m really wanting to read the Nick and Kyle series, the Luke’s Brutal Abduction series, and the series Colum’s Viking Captivity (I read the first one book and it was so good!). Please let me know. Thanks!
